Computer malfunctions are something everyone deals with on a regular basis. This isn't taken lightly by most of us (some throw their computers out windows); especially when we depend on them now for everyday life.

I can fix anything from virus-infections, windows malfunctions, spyware infections, overheating, and if neccessary, start a complete rebuild of the computer from the ground up.

On a potentially lighter note, I can upgrade any components on a Desktop Computer from Video Cards to new Operating Systems. I can also perform most Laptop upgrades such as memory, hard drive, wireless card, processor, and some optical (CD or DVD) drives.

Again, expect nothing less than prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional service. If there is major work that I can't complete On-Site, I offer complimentary pick-up and delivery of your computer system within the Kaslo area. Shop rates apply when travel time is more than a half an hour out-of-town.

A system clean & tune up involves spyware removal, deletion of system-clogging temporary files, stopping of unnecessary programs at start-up, as well as improving boot and shut down times. This also includes a manual dusting of the inside of the computer with compressed air. Too much dust can potentially lead to disasters - such as overheating and system failure.

In short, a tune-up helps make a computer run like it should - eliminating sluggish reaction times and improving overall system performance. This is an excellent way to revitalize an older system.
